to a leather spiderweb
I'm not a Rockefeller heart attacked in the paramour bed
with pans off
I'm not a radical Stanlisnist intellectual fairy
not a man antisemitic Rabbi with black hat white beard & dirty fingernails
not the San Francisco jail cell poet beaten by minions
of yeallow police New Year's eve
not Gregory Corso Orpheus Maudit of these States
not yet a schoolteacher with marvelous salary
I'm not anyone I know
in fact I'm only here for 80 years

No sóc una lesbiana xisclant a l'estret soterrani
dins una teranyina de cuir
No sóc un Rockefeller amb angina de pit al llit adúlter
sense pantalons
No sóc un radical Stalinista fada intel·lectual
no un Rabí antisemita amb barret negre barba blanca & ungles dels dits brutes
no el poeta a qui han pegat a la cel·la de la presó de San Francisco els galifardeus
de la podrida policia la vigília de Cap d'Any
no Gregory Corso Orfeu Maleït d'aquests Estats
no encara un professor amb meravellós salari
No sóc pas algú a qui conegui
de fet Jo només sóc aquí per a 80 anys
